It's funny you should post this now as I also saw this need to in 
relation to my latest project:

We are just preparing to launch a side project, ViewShareRemix 
(http://www.viewshareremix.com) which should benefit all open movies. 
The project was inspired by feedicons.com

In a sense it is more specific than CC-licenses, but a way to 
immediately label video content as open/shareable and then point to the 
appropriate CC license. It builds the CC license into a specific need 
for emerging open movie practice and standards, so it's not appropriate 
for all video content.

I'd welcome your input into the project and any other feedback...
