Nice project, good Idea, and usefull.
Maybe a suggest : a  lots  of these contracts contains some dispositions 
which are illegal. They know it but it's used to prevent litigation or 
else. If you don't know exactly your right, you wont use it... It's 
juste an idea, but by underline each illegal, or useless clauses, like 
these one, might be useful.....
