It's not exactly the same. You can view deeds in any language we have
translations for, e.g., by-sa Canada in Croatian:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/ca/deed.hr
The licenses -- "legal code" -- are available only in the language of
the jurisdiction in question. In the case of Canada there happen to be
two languages involved.
