Yowsa! My take on attribution was that you provided the author's name,
title of the work, and a URL (if provided), and any downstream authors
can make a derivative and reformat that attribution information in
whatever way is most appropriate for the medium involved.

There is a huge difference between (1) giving the original author
attribution by scrolling their name at the end credits along with
all the other end credits, and (2) requiring that a marketing/advertising
clip be attached to all derived works.

Hopefully attribution is not used as a way to force advertising sections
onto works.
