[Cc-be] international copyright -licenses

Hi Sigri,

I am not a lawyer, but I think the first thing to know is if no one
of the artists is a member of Sabam or Buma or any other copyright
society. Because if they are, they are probably not allowed to do
this. Also if they have already published unregistered material on
the net (like Myspace, Youtube, etc.), you have no view on possible
registration by someone else. So I guess it would be preferable to
use unpublished material only.

Hope this helps already a bit.
Kind regards,
Pieter
