>From the CCau blog:
For all the budding photographers from Queensland, or who have any photos of Queensland - the State Library of Queensland<http://www.slq.qld.gov.au/home> wants to hear from you.
As part of Queensland's Q150<http://www.q150.qld.gov.au/> celebrations, the State Library is running a project - Storylines: Q150 digital stories<http://qldstories.slq.qld.gov.au/home/storylines> - which aims to create three collaborative digital stories based on the themes Big things, Floods and Pubs. And they're looking for photographs to populate them.
So they're asking for members of the public to donate<http://qldstories.slq.qld.gov.au/home/storylines/submission> photos relevant to these themes to the project under a Creative Commons Attribution licence<http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/au/>. The CC licence is an integral part of the project. It ensures the State Library has the rights it needs to incorporate the photos into the stories, and to share the final stories on the Queensland Stories<http://qldstories.slq.qld.gov.au/home> website and State Library's YouTube account<http://www.youtube.com/user/statelibraryqld>.
So get snapping - this is your chance to contribute to the telling of Queensland History, and to get photos of your last family holiday into the national record.
If you have a story outside the Q150 themes, why not put together your own digital story and donate it<http://qldstories.slq.qld.gov.au/home> to the SLQ anyway? Or for those outside Queensland - don't forget that you can always donate your photographs to the national collection via PictureAustralia's Flickr<http://www.pictureaustralia.org/contribute/individual.html> project.
