[cc-au] another question

Dear colleagues,

Can anyone help with a query?

With regard to internet based articles (with a copyright symbol or otherwise), I was led to believe that copying the standard 10% (with the appropriate acknowledgement) is fair dealing. Someone else told me that this wasn't true and that NO part of an internet article can be copied without prior consent.
(Someone else told me that anything posted to the internet is 'fair game', and if you don't want it copied in any way, don't put it online, but I digress).

Any opinions?

Cheers
(oh, and Happy Xmas)

Tim
