Are you aware of the methods of Randall Buth (http://biblicalulpan.org/) 
and John Dobson ("Learn NT Greek" and "Learn Biblical Hebrew", the 
latter published by SIL)? While these don't use your neat computer tool, 
they do get away from the analytical approach and learning paradigms, 
and so  appeal to right-brained language learners - and even to 
analytical types like myself who realise that you need to get beyond 
parsing sentences word by word to understanding them as natural utterances.
