[Biblical-languages] Apostrophe / Coronis

OK. But there is still an inconsistency here. 0343 is canonically equivalent
to 0313, but 1FBD and 1FBF are canonically equivalent neither to one another
nor to 0020 0313 - the equivalence is only a compatibility one. This implies
that a search for 0313, probably intended as a search either for psili
(smooth breathing) or for coronis, will find all cases of combining psili
and/or coronis, but will not find either 1FBD or 1FBF - nor places where
either of these has been used in error for the apparently word initial psili
in 1F18 etc (which actually decompose with 0313 following the base character
according to the regular rule). But the existing situation does avoid one
possible problem, the apparent ambiguity in the fully composed form
(normalisation form C) when there are two precomposed characters with the
same canonical decomposition.
