[Biblical-languages] Galatia SIL, Gentium, Ezra SIL

Galatia SIL and Gentium are both free downloads (with certain conditions as
specified) from, respectively:

http://www.sil.org/computing/fonts/silgrkuni/
http://www.sil.org/~gaultney/gentium/

I know the designers of both fonts were part of the SIL Non-Roman Scripts
Initiative (although Gentium resulted from a personal research project), and
so the designers were well aware of the Unicode issues; and they intended
complete coverage of the Greek and Greek Extended ranges. You should be able
to judge for yourself how well they succeeded.

My mention of Ezra SIL was a mistake; I intended to write Galatia SIL. Ezra
SIL is a Hebrew Unicode fonts available free from:
