Indeed. I suspect there will be other issues to deal with -- there are some
issues involving accents and combining classes that I think may need some
further work.

It is included in the documentation for the SBL font, which can be obtained
at ftp://publisher.libronix.com/drop/Tiro/SBLHebrew-Distribution/

For clarification, the order suggested in John's documentation wasn't put
together by John alone; several of us discussed it. At the same time, I
wouldn't want to suggest that everything related to ordering that might be
worth discussing has already been considered that there is nothing that
ought to be questioned in that ordering.
