You probably need to install Hebrew support in Windows and Office. (I am
assuming you are using Windows - you won't get much joy with Hebrew on a
Mac.)

For Windows 2000, go to Start - Settings - Control Panel - Regional
Options and add Hebrew to the list of supported languages (don't choose
it as your locale). There is a similar setting in Windows XP but in a
different place. Things are more complicated in Windows 9x/ME; there is
a way to get basic Hebrew display and editing but I forget the details
except that you need to have IE 5 I think installed.

For Office XP, go to Start - Programs - Microsoft Office Tools -
Microsoft Office XP Language Settings and add Hebrew to the list of
enabled languages. Ignore any "limited support" messages which probably
relate to keyboarding rather than display.
