In Word 2002, do you actually have hard returns, or just new line
markers? Click the paragraph mark sign to show hidden marks. Hard
returns become visible as paragraph marks, but new lines look like the
arrow symbol on the return/enter key on your keyboard.
If you do have new line markers, you can eaily fix your text in Word by
replacing all new line markers (^l in the find box) with spaces.
