[Biblical-languages] Testing, testing, testing

Well, what a nice surprise! The list is back online! (No, you haven't been
missing anything; the list has been nonfunctional on the server end for
several months. Jonathan told me a month or so ago that he would be
restarting it, but this is the first word that I've received from it.)

For your major question, best thing is to move to XP and use Unicode fonts.
I don't know about XP Home, but XP Pro handles Unicode quite nicely, esp. if
you combine it with Tavultesoft's Keyman for Greek text entry.

No copyright problem with your own material--font isn't normally a problem
if you use an unrestricted one such as Gentium or Cardo or Palatino Linotype
(but stay away from any of the Linguist Software fonts if you plan to
distribute, i.e., the Graeca and Hebraica that you mention--read the lisc.
for them--it's extremely restrictive and "user hostile"). Put your material
in pdf format if you want it readable and correctly formatted.
