You can find MS keyboard layouts documented at
http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/keyboards/keyboards.asp. This
documentation is imperfect, though: they show what keys are dead keys, but
they don't accurately indicate what diacritics they generate. Here are most
of the details:
acute: q + vowel key (semi colon followed by whatever vowel key)
grave: ] + vowel key
circumflex: [ + vowel key
diaeresis: : + vowel key (iota or upsilon)
smooth breath mark: ' + vowel key
rough breath mark: " + vowel key
smooth breath mark + acute: / + vowel key
rough breath mark + acute: ? + vowel key
smooth breath mark + grave: \ + vowel key
rough breath mark + grave: | + vowel key
smooth breath mark + circumflex: = + vowel key
rough breath mark + circumflex: + + vowel key
iota subscript: { + vowel key
iota subscript + smooth breath mark + acute: right alt-/ + vowel key
iota subscript + rough breath mark + acute: right alt-? + vowel key
iota subscript + smooth breath mark + grave: right alt-\ + vowel key
iota subscript + rough breath mark + grave: right alt-| + vowel key
iota subscript + smooth breath mark + circumflex: right alt-=+ vowel key
iota subscript + rough breath mark + circumflex: right alt-+ + vowel key
(I've gotta run, so don't have time to document other combinations, e.g.
diaeresis + acute.)
