There's a very nice unicode word-processing program called Unitype 
GlobalWriter for use with many different languages which I use for my Greek 
and Hebrew.  Unfortunately, Coptic has as  yet shared forms with Greek which 
to my way of thinking do not reflect the Coptic representations so I don't 
use unicode for Coptic, but that's not the fault of the program.  The program 
has keyboards which can be viewed (even used) if you're unsure of which key 
to use to enter any particular sign. Unfortunately, it doesn't have all the 
bells and whistles that MS Word has, but you can paste from GlobalWriter into 
Word or FrontPage or whatever.  It can be found at
