I took a quick look at the first article (I'll be going back to read it and 
the other more thoroughly later -- it's late now).  From what I understand 
from a quick look, I don't think that this multilingual support is anything 
that would be of particular value to the average user.  It seems designed for 
an environment in which they use multiple languages and need to have MENUs 
and such in other languages.  This is not the multilingual support most of us 
need.  XP home supports unicode which is the important matter -- unless you 
are interested in changing your menus from English to German to French to 
Spanish to Czech.   Of course, I could be wrong.  I'll learn more in the AM.
