Fixed-width Unicode Hebrew font?

Are there any monospaced/fixed-width Hebrew fonts with vowels, accents,
and points?
I actually only need HEBREW MARK UPPER DOT (05C4) and HEBREW MARK MASORA
CIRCLE (05AF), to indicate unclear characters in a manuscript
transcription.
If Courier New or Miriam Fixed had these two, I'd be set.
I'm using a fixed-width font because the text file I'm working with uses
a dot (full-stop) as a place holder for unknown characters, and in a
variable-width font, the dots are much narrower than a standard-width
character. Should I perhaps switch to a variable-width Unicode font like
Cardo and replace all the place-holder dots with a character in the
Hebrew range (05A2 or 05BA or 05F4)?
