Try converting the pdf to html or text at
http://access.adobe.com/access
base64 is probably unicode UTF-8. Pine can read UTF-8 html or text,
'mail' cannot.
Maybe Adobe will also convert the UTF-8.
People have started sending me (English) mails in UTF-8.
Some new idiotic default. Ask your company to send ASCII instead.
If the above does not work, attach one of these pdf's and I
will try to read it.
