OK, I tried something else. I made a copy of the fs50meg.img in a separate subfolder. I then copied in FS.IMG (the regular 20 meg DOS loop file). I then executed "dd if=FS.IMG of=fs50meg.img conv=notrunc". It copied the one file into the other and it was not truncated to the 20 meg. size. Looked good but the test I use is to attempt a install of Opera. Opera would not install. I must assume that the extra 30 meg is unusuable unaccessable. What am I doing wrong?

OK, running Xsetup got the mouse pointer working. Unfortunately many of the programs don't work. After entering the following instructions "insmod 8390, insmod ne, udhcpc" I expected that the Links-0.90 browser and the Links2 (not Links2ssl) browser would work. No they don't. Links2 won't even come up. Links-0.90 gets a bunch of error mesages about unrecognised lines in the config
> file. It also got a socket error. Any idea how old this software is?
