[BL] Megahertz 10MBit PCMCIA ethernet card in BL2

I have looked through the PCMCIA HOWTO and it says that ISA pcmcia
controllers are usually supported.

Might I need to exclude the ports and memory listed below?
My computer was not in the long list of computers where you have to
exclude certain IRQs or ports or memory ranges, but it seems to be
nonstandard in that it won't insmod loop.

We have a PCI ethernet card in there already. Perhaps I need to rmmod the
module for it (rtl8139) to avoid a conflict? The rtl card works with one
other rtl card but not with a third (which works with the second). Do
these pcmcia cards insist on occupying a certain port and memory range?

(The last of these is memory).
Why are the 'include' lines in config?
