Frequently it does.

I typed 'dialup' plus my area code and got a page which told me among 
other things to type getdialup plus the area code.

They  have a number for my town and four others for towns that are a local 
call from here.  Plus one number that is ISDN only.  How does ISDN work? 
Would I need different hardware?  Extra charge?
