[BL] BL3 with PCMCIA compact flash adaptor

Thanks.  I looked at the PCMCIA-HOWTO where you got this and do I also 
need to make a device for this IDE-like card?  Their example was formatted 
ext2 and had an odd-looking device name - /dev/ftl0c0.

You needed to mount -t ext2 /dev/ftl0c0 after formatting with mke2fs.

I will start with the module and see how far we get - maybe it will become 
self-explanatory.

We also have a DOS parallel-port reader for CF and I got my Olympus 
working with photopc (the serial cable needed two wires reversed - we made 
it from an audio plug and a modem cable) so don't need to get a reader for 
smartmedia (which apparently acts the same as CF once you get it into a 
PCMCIA adaptor).
