[BL] question about installpkg

Thanks for the suggestions. I actually tried both of these ideas
with no success. It turned out that my web browser screwed up the
download. I downloaded the libraries again with GetRight and everything
worked fine.
Of course I'm still having trouble getting X to recognize my mouse,
but that'll probably be an issue for a later thread . . . :-)
