[BL] Update & new question: Trouble with HD install of BL2

Thanks again for all of your help. I now have a successfully
booting DOS partition and BL2 installed on a Linux partition. But the
version of DOS I installed does not appear to have loadlin.exe (or use
the BOOT.BAT talked about in the instructions). What version of DOS do I
need to install to get this?
