Dear George,
TWOT, Volume II, pp. 786-789, QD$, Qadash, (includes Qodesh, Qadosh, Qadesh,
Kedesh, Kadesh & Miqdash) by Thomas E. McComiskey. Very good reading.
NIDNTT, Volume 2, pp. 223-238, "Holy," by H. Seebass; Volume 3, pp. 100-102,
"Pure," by H. Baltensweiler.
The first article in NIDNTT, is the more thorough one and is very good at the
linking of hAGIOS and QD$ in the LXX.
