[b-hebrew] is ishot ever the feminine plural of ish?

I don't see this sequence of letters in Exodus 20:17. It is:

LA TXMD BYT ROK.

But you are also using abnormal transliteration. The symbol for aleph is 
). The symbol for tav is T.
