Can you tell me what part(s) you disagreed with (or misunderstood)?
One of the reasons I ask is because I just has the computer calculate
the stuff.
Another reason is that by looking at your last message I would assume we
are in agreement - as to me the <M> being from <MIN> makes more sense
than it coming from <MFH>.
So please explain.
