You'll need to provide a few more details about your thinking, here, Lloyd. As is, the text you quote just sounds Deuteronomistic, making me think that Joshua and Josiah are both wearing Deuteronomistic clothes. You'll need to argue why you think there is a priority for the character of Josiah.
