[b-hebrew] About Dagesh's

It is worth noticing that by edict of the Hebrew Academy in Jerusalem,
bending its will to popular usage, every initial B, K, P is now hard,
independently of the ending of the preceding word.

It appears that there is tacit agreement here that the dagesh is a redundant
marking. It is pity that the same HA does not find the guts to abolish this
controversial eye sore from actual Hebrew orthography altogether, except in
B, K, P and the qubuc.
