uk/ipa/symbols.php , the last one having videos so you can see how the sound
is made. Just remember that these are "canonical" values and the actual
sounds in any language may vary somewhat.

It just confuses me to hear on writing what letter should sound like
(blah blah blah).

FYI, there is audio CD for IPA sounds from I believe Cambridge University.
