[B-Greek] language education policies

There's a nice essay on language education policies, for
K-12 and college. Especially innovative and desired is the
idea of requiring a LOTE for fully trained college students.
that's mastery of a Language Other Than English.
And they mean able to function in the language. Go to
a lecture in the language, discuss the lecture afterwards
over coffee, and all in the LOTE.

I'm not sure that ancient Greek would qualify without some
serious changes to the pedagogy. But imagine 6th grade
kids communicating in ancient Greek, and discussing
Epictetus in Greek out of high school.
