The Greek noun vasileia has two meanings:
(a) The exercise of the royal power, the kingship; (b) the realm of the kingship.
The exact meanning can be understoon only in the context.
Similarly, the English word "kingdom" has both meanings
and thus it is a good equivalent of the word vasileia,
even though some modern translators have preferred to interpret the text
giving more specific renderings.
