What you need is a lexicon, not an interlinear or "literal English rendering"; what is obvious is that the "literal English rendering" creates more difficulties than it resolves. You need to consult a good Biblical Greek lexicon for SABBATON and note that it is used in different contexts to mean "sabbath day" and "week."
