[B-Greek] Acts 1:2

If the command referred to in Acts 1:2 is the command in Acts 1:4 to wait in Jerusalem, isn't it then a recap of Luke 24:49, in which case it also was given to the apostles directly by Jesus in person (albeit post-resurrection)?
