[B-Greek] Word for Seventh . . . something?

I think Glenn's question is why the hapax legomenon 
when Josephus uses HEBDOMON everywhere else when
describing the "seventh" year sabbath. Is this
intended
as a more specific expression as opposed to HEBDOMON 
which is the general designation?
